Overview: Poultry Farming training is designed to provide practical knowledge and skills required for successful broiler, layer and small-scale poultry management. The course covers poultry breed selection, shed design, brooding, feeding, vaccination, disease prevention, litter management, egg production, meat production, farm hygiene, record keeping and basic poultry business planning. Participants will also learn how to start and manage a profitable poultry farming enterprise.

Participants will receive hands-on exposure to poultry shed management, chick handling, brooding temperature management, feed and water arrangement, litter management, vaccination awareness, bird health observation, egg handling, farm sanitation, biosecurity practices, weight monitoring and day-to-day poultry farm management under trainer guidance.
